During his keynote address, Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, unveiled four new laptops that will be fully revealed at Computex later today. These laptops, created in collaboration with ASUS and MSI, share two prominent features: NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics and AMD Strix Point APUs, which are yet to be officially announced.
AMD is gearing up to showcase its Ryzen AI 300 series powered by Zen5 architecture in just a few hours. This marks a significant moment as AMD is expected to present more new laptops than Intel for the first time, with Intel's prime unveiling already taking place at CES. While AMD is focusing on the Ryzen 8000 series, a refresh of the Phoenix line, Intel's Arrow Lake laptops are anticipated soon, with Lunar Lake not targeting gaming laptops. This positions Computex primarily as a showcase for AMD and GeForce.
Among the new laptops introduced are the ASUS TUF A14/A16, Zephyrus G16, and ProArt PX13/P16, while MSI will present the Stealth A16 AI+. ASUS is set to bring a variety of laptops to Computex, featuring models based on Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm technologies, with a clear emphasis on AMD.
